Our diversified practice includes advising on the content of wills, preparing wills for local clients and advising foreign clients as to the drafting of their wills in respect of their Malaysian properties. Our work extends to setting up trust structures to satisfy the needs and intentions of clients in relation to the holding and distribution of assets.

Additionally, we assist clients in matters pertaining to the distribution of the estates of deceased persons, including the following:

Applications to the High Court for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration;
Applications to the High Court for the resealing of Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration obtained from courts in other jurisdictions;
Applications to the Land Office for Distribution Orders in respect of small estates.

We have also represented clients in contested estate matters.
