EMPLOYMENT & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

We represent and advise clients on employment-related disputes in the Labour Court, Industrial Court and civil courts. The disputes handled by our lawyers include claims for dismissal due to, amongst others, misconduct, retrenchment, closure of businesses and claims for benefits including termination benefits and maternity allowance.

We also advise and assist in drafting and reviewing employment-related documents, including employment contracts and policies, as well as documents issued in the course of disciplinary actions such as show cause letters, suspension letters and termination notices.
